What a fun filled day we had at Limehills - did everyone receive a Smilebox for this? I've also send through smileboxes this week for our Lochiel trip last Wednesday and Winton School Pet Day on Friday for families that attended... Send me an email if you missed receiving these :) A big thanks to all our Parent Helpers, and to everyone for getting into the spirit of things and dressing up!

Amazing Me Programme
This week the children have watched DVD2 in the Amazing Me series. This DVD looks at keeping our self safe, knowing our contact details and where we live, road safety - stop, look, listen and decide, and about taking responsibility for our actions - stop, think, and act.
Rachel Cooper
Today is Rachel's last day with us. She has been a valued member of the teaching team and we wish her well for a fulfilling career as an early childhood educator. You will make a fabulous teacher Rachel, you should be proud of all your hard work, tino pai to mahi!

Ava and I just sat down and read the blog and played this weeks smile boxes, she had so much fun reliving it all! Highlights were dressing up and seeing all the cats, cows and horses. Ava says it was so funny when the pets wanted to smell her! We also planted our seeds this morning so what a big surprise it will be to see what grows! Thanks so much for such a fun week. Also good luck Rachel, we think you'll make a great teacher too. Have a sunny weekend everyone (and of course thanks for a great blog).
Another awesome week at Winton Kindy! Ka pai everyone! Enjoy the sunshine. Anna & George Howard :)

Another awesome week at Winton Kindy! Max and I loved the smileboxes - such a great idea and I certainly appreciate the fact they can be saved!!
When Rachel asked on Friday mat time which animals the children saw, Max said "a motor bike and trailer" - not a surprise to me that this is what stood out to him!
