A warm welcome this week to Lochlain Young to the TF Group. This week we have been learning about crayfish and the metamorphosis of caterpillars into butterflies. We have had Ninja Turtle masks in the making for LOTS of role play in both the MTW Group and TF Group!! Next week we start back into our Forest Kindy Programme with a number of new faces joining the group - we can't wait to get back down to the Reserve to explore and find out what's changed in our time away!

Thanks for a great week at Kindy and for another great blog...Ava was really happy to be back to see all her friends after her summer holidays. Love the photos of the turtle masks, the pink one was certainly a hit with Ava! One really cool thing we noticed this week was that Ava was quite unsure and a bit nervous about seeing the crayfish when she came into Kindy (on Tuesday I think) but on Tuesday night at dinner she told us all the neat things she learned about lady crayfishes and said they werent so scary after all. A fear conquered and some interesting knowledge acquired. Well done Winton Kindy!
