RED NOSE DAY
"You make the whole world smile with your little button nose...."
A big thank you to all our families for getting being CureKids Red Nose Day Appeal on Friday! We raised $53.50 for CureKids. The children had lots of discussion and korero around where their money would go - "To the sick children to buy their medicine," Alice Pulley - "Sometimes they have to stay in hospital for 151 days!" Lucas Campbell.

FOREST KINDY
Jeremy the Brave led us in to the heart of the forest on Tuesday - the deep, dark forest...where we came across the Three Little Pigs House! But, the Big Bad Wolf had huffed and puffed, and blew their house down! So the children set to work making the necessary repairs. Jar-Bryce and Raiden then discovered the "Old Man" (a Punga Tree Stump) who was guarding the path that led to the Little Pigs House!

Prepare yourself for take-off - fasten your seat beats, stow away your trays, and enjoy our flight! Reef arrived at Kindy on Monday morning wearing a Pilot Hat - and that was it - Welcome to Air Winton Kindy!

The Cow and the Magic Beans!
The MTW Group discovered the bean bush growing in the playground last week...On Monday Judy brought in some beans - did she exchange her cow for magic beans - an unanimous yes!!! We now wait in anticipation and wonder as we care for our own magic beans at home - please do email us your pics to share how your bean is getting on! Good Luck!
