A warm welcome to Linda Eade, joining us in the teaching team until Sally's Teacher position is filled.
FOREST KINDY
What a glorious first morning back at the Reserve this week. The sun was shining, the frozen puddles waiting for us to crack and crunch through with our boots. Two fantails swooped and circled us for the majority of the morning - welcoming us back to the bush. Fishing rods, and dragon nest repairs. And Jeremy lovingly cared for the Dragon's egg we found at the Troll Bridge...We wait in anticipation to see what may emerge over the coming days or weeks...we shall keep you posted! Morning tea in the sun warmed our cold fingers and toes - warm socks and boot liners and gloves are a must at this time of year. And with the new term we welcomed Jimmy to the Forest Kindy group - already proving his skills, becoming our knot tying expert for the fishing lines - thanks Jimmy!
